About Us

Evergreen Real Estate began acquiring and renovating properties in downtown Anchorage in 1997. With a deep appreciation of the history of Anchorage, it has always been Evergreen’s goal to preserve the City’s past, while also planning for its future. Significant time and resources go into maintaining the historic buildings under Evergreen’s stewardship, but it’s work that we consider vital to preserve the character of this peaceful and bucolic city.

Aside from maintaining and leasing historic buildings in downtown Anchorage, Evergreen also owns and maintains the Anchorage Trail and Papa’s Farm.

Between its focus on historic properties and the creation and preservation of the Anchorage Trail, Evergreen Real Estate does its best to make Anchorage a wonderful place to live.
