The Depot

The Depot, home to PICNIC restaurant, is a newer building modeled after the interurban station that was erected around 1902 at the corners of  Evergreen and Station Roads. The electric line originally serviced Pewee Valley and Anchorage. The current Dept building helped create a downtown center flanked by renovated historical properties.
