The Powerhouse

The Powerhouse, home to Evergreen Real Estate, was the original power plant to the Insurance Building upfront. The entire campus, consisting of 7.3 acres, was purchased in 2000 by Evergreen. The area was the first scenic historic-preservation easement granted in the state of Kentucky. After extensive and a pain-staking renovation, Evergreen Real Estate moved into the Powerhouse.
